Strategic Brand and Marketing Leader | Creative Director | Human-Centered Designer
Hello!
Thanks for stopping by.
I’m a multidisciplinary creative consultant and strategic lead with a focus on brand and marketing. Grounded in human-centered, sustainable design and driven by creative insight, I help mission-driven brands and organizations clarify their voice, elevate their visual identity, and build meaningful connections with their audience. With a background in UX, copywriting, and storytelling, I guide projects from concept to execution with clarity, collaboration, and purpose.

Fun facts

Periphery is a passion project and a month-long program I created as part of my advocacy in digital wellness. Rooted in mindfulness, movement, and creative practice, it helps participants reconnect with their senses and reclaim attention in an overstimulated world. I offer free workshops to schools, community groups, and organizations seeking more embodied, restorative ways to engage with the world, offline.

In addition to working in the design industry, I spend the wee early mornings (really early, 5am!) writing essays and working in my studio on various creative projects (drawing, painting, collage, assemblage, and dance).

It’s been a mighty privilege to travel to several countries around the globe. I find heaps of inspiration learning about other cultures and places. At one point, years ago, I was living and working on a farm in southern Chile while finishing up my final project for graduate school. I learned about bees and honey and cooked simple meals with what the land had to offer.

My bedside table is stacked high with non-fiction, poetry, and philosophy. Current standouts include Ed Yong’s “An Immense World” and Lars Horn’s “Voice of the Fish”.

To ground myself, I like to spend ample time in the woods, the garden, the ocean, the river, or anywhere outside of the city’s din. One of my favorite spots in Oregon is the Alvord Desert. It’s extraordinarily quiet with infinite stars.
